Policies

Lynhurst is proud to be a family and group oriented resort. Therfore, we DO NOT charge for extra people in the room (to its maximum occupancy rating) unless linens are required for sleeper sofas. If sofa use is needed, there will be a one time charge of $15. All units are house-keeping units, fully furnished with linens and towels. One set of towels per person per week are provided in the cabins. They may be exchanged in the lodge as needed

A deposit of One days rental is required to secure reservation. Cancellations made 30 days in advance will be returned less a 20% administrative fee. If canceled with less that 30 day notice, a partial refund may be made if we are successful in rerenting the space. We hold our guests responsible for each day of their reservations despite late arrivals or early depatures.

Check-out time is 9:00 AM (CST). Check-in time is 3:00 PM (CST) to 5:00 PM (CST). Reserved space will be held untill midnight of check-in day, unless other arrangements are made. Please let us know if you will check-in after 6:00 PM (CST).

Well behaved pets are welcome, but must be kept quiet and on a leash. Guests who bring their pets must agree to assume any and all liability for damage or harm caused by their pets. There is a charge of $5.00 ($25.00 week) for pets.

Kitchen units are provided with basic pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker and toaster. All units have access to BBQ grills. Cribs and high chairs are free when available.

ABSOUTELY NO FISH CLEANING IN THE ROOMS. A cleaning station is available near the bait house for your use. Please return waste to the lake.

Swimming pools are open Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend.

All units are house-keeping units, kully furnished with linens and towels. One set of towels are porvided in the units. They may be exchanged as needed at the lodge. (We request that exchanges be limited to every other day).
